Our comfortable, rural gîte, nestled in the heart of nature, is the perfect place for adults who crave peace, space, and quality time. Here, you’ll wake up in peace with the soft morning light filtering through the windows and the sound of birdsong. Enjoy breakfast and coffee together on the terrace surrounded by nature, or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful garden with its various seating areas.
From the gîte, you can stroll straight into the countryside along quiet paths without encountering a soul. Charming villages with shops, local markets, and fine restaurants are also just a short distance away. The surrounding area also offers plenty to see and do, from activities and culture to beautiful nature.
Inside the charming gîte, you’ll enjoy a warm, cozy interior with all the comforts and conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a private terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The gîte is exclusively for adults and pet-free.

The gîte is attached to the main residence where we live and has its own entrance, a private terrace and a private parking space. You can also use the swimming pool (shared with us) and the beautiful garden of approximately 3000 m2.
The gîte is located on the ground floor, has a surface of 50 m2 and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
In addition, there is the option to book a bedroom on the first floor above the gîte, with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a private bathroom with toilet (total 35 m2), which can increase the number of guests to 3 or 4. The extra bedroom is of course also an option if you are traveling with 2 people.
The gîte and the extra bedroom are connected by a staircase.

'Impasse' is French for dead end, in our case a dead end forest road (easily passable) which guarantees peace and quiet. The only sound you'll hear here is the birds, and don't be surprised if you see a few deer wandering through the garden early in the morning!

Ultimate relaxation starts at the pool! Just a few meters from the gîte, you have direct access to the large 10 x 5 meter swimming pool and the beautiful garden.

A rush and no worries, but finally a moment to read a book on one of the comfortable sun loungers under the parasol or simply enjoy an atmosphere of peace and the charm of a beautiful garden full of greenery and the water of the swimming pool.

The gîte offers the option of booking an additional bedroom with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor, increasing the number of guests to 3 or 4. This option is also available for 2 people. The additional bedroom is very spacious, has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and offers fantastic views.
